Rachel McGarry

Rachel McGarry, Founder & CEO of Cloud925, has been immersed in the legal world for as long as she can remember. Born in Akron, Ohio, and raised in Florida, she spent her childhood scanning papers and filing documents at her mom’s law office—long before she ever considered a career in law.

Rachel earned her degree in Sociology from the University of Central Florida in 2019, initially planning to have a career as an attorney at her mom's firm. But during her gap year, she discovered something unexpected—a passion for legal technology. While working as a Practice Software Implementation Specialist for a legal marketing and consulting company, she saw firsthand how technology could transform law firms.

She went on to attend Ave Maria School of Law, but soon realized her true calling wasn’t practicing law—it was helping lawyers embrace technology to grow their firms. After graduating law school in 2023, she founded Cloud925 while also serving as Chief Operating Officer at her mom’s law firm.

Today, Rachel is on a mission to make legal tech more accessible, practical, and community-driven. Through Cloud925, she provides resources to help attorneys streamline operations, automate processes, and navigate AI—ensuring they can go beyond the 9 to 5 and build the law firm of the future.
