What CloudCon is

CloudCon is Cloud925's two-day AI bootcamp for small law firm teams, January 21 to 22, 2027 at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando. Day 1 is hands-on workshops where everyone follows along on their own laptop. Day 2 is breakout tables by skill level with the speakers at the tables, and it ends with show-and-tell, where anyone who wants to can share what they built.

The goal is for each person to go home with one or two things built for the firm and already working.

What it costs

Team member ticket (one per full ticket, same firm only)$749
Two people from the same firm$2,248

What your firm gets

  • One or two working builds for your firm, picked from a menu of things other small firms have built.
  • Someone on your team who knows how to keep building after the event, because they spent two days doing it with help.
  • If two people go, they come back working from the same plan.
  • The AI Basics Kickstart, so whoever goes can get set up before they arrive.
  • Two days with other small firm owners and staff working on the same problems you have.

What would you want built first?

Circle one or two. These all came from small firms like yours.

  1. A daily morning briefing
  2. Fillable client intake forms
  3. A tech audit of everything you pay for
  4. A month of social posts from a voice memo
  5. An intake lead-scoring app
  6. Client case-status reports
  7. A past-due report that creates tasks
  8. An eligibility screener
  9. Email filing into the right matter
  10. Welcome packets from your own templates
  11. A firm KPI dashboard
  12. A discovery skill

A note you can forward

Hi,

I'd like to go to CloudCon in January. It's a two-day AI bootcamp for small law firms, run by Cloud925, and you spend the whole time building on your laptop instead of sitting through talks. The goal is that everyone leaves with one or two things working for their own firm.

It's $1,499 for the first ticket and $749 for a second person from our firm, plus the hotel at $199 a night. Their first event sold out, and the hotel block closes Monday, December 21, 2026.

Here's what I'd build first: ______________________________

Can we talk about it this week?
